Mr. Tain-tsair Hsu, the mayor of Tainan, Taiwan, presented a gift to James T. Willerson, MD, President and Medical Director of the Texas Heart Institute, upon the occasion of a Taiwan delegation visit to the Institute (see photo). The delegation also included Tainan Secretary-General Shih-Chieh Hsieh, and the Director General of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Houston. Tainan is home to National Cheng Kung University.
